Spanish-Speaking Legal Assistant/Paralegal for Pre-LitigationSalary Range: $19.00 to $26.00 HourlyDo you want to join a growing team where we help our clients and each other? The Spanish-Speaking Legal Assistant/Paralegal will serve as support staff for Attorneys, managing client cases from the initial meeting through resolution, or until judicial relief is required. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with the following responsibilitiesResponsibilities:Communicate information to clients in both English and SpanishDraft correspondence and legal documents using firm templatesAssemble enclosures for legal documentsRequest, receive, and summarize police accident reports, private investigation reports, and medical recordsCommunicate effectively with insurance representativesAid attorneys with various client-related proceduresCoordinate pre-settlement funding at the request of clientsQualifications:A college degree is preferred but not required; a combination of education and relevant office experience will also be considered.At least 1 year of experience in an office setting.Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.Join our team and contribute to making a difference in our clients' lives while growing your career in a supportive environment!
