In addition to base salary and performance incentives you can look forward to:Training and Growth: Leadership training and skills development opportunities, plus regular coaching and mentorship. Compensation: Annual salary starting between $50,000 and $70,000 USD based on experience. Vacation: Two weeks of vacation, increasing to three weeks after three years, and four weeks after five years.
