Competitive Salary Excellent benefits and 401(k) with MatchGenerous Paid time off and holidaysJob DetailsQualifications/ Required Experience Preferred 4-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum, (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a 4-year degree. 7 years' experience as Project Manager overseeing large projects specifically Multifamily Demonstrated competency in: scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate, both written and oral, leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule. Competent in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications (i.e Primavera, Procore, Timberscan, Excel, Word, P6 etc.) OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite LEED background a plusJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
