Job Overview:As a Parts Inventory Specialist you play a big part of the team in providing support, parts, service, and goods to other team members. This is key and very important in the remanufacturing process of transmissions. Your day will be spent monitoring and managing processes & procedures, employees, and inventory accuracy. You will suggest and implement improvements, coaching, training, and ensuring work is being processed in an efficient manner in addition to providing support to other areas when needed. Be helpful and organized to ensure daily demands are met and processes run smoothly within the department. Your teammates will look to you for guidance throughout the day and you must remain positive. Be to work on time every day.Responsibilities: Assist Parts Manager and other Supervisors when needed, advise of all inventory problemsLearn Syteline system, process of warranty returns to vendors and conduct productive meetingsManage and improve stock position of all inventory, assist in supervising all areas of the parts departmentSustain the ability of coaching, counseling, and supporting others in a professional mannerTake on and assign responsibilities to teammates, develop plans for improvement and execute themEnsure inventory is correct and is being stored/staged in proper locations Be prepared for scheduled and impromptu meetings, be able to work as a teamAssist others within the department, train new personnel and work overtime when neededFollow directions from managers, be proactive and lead department to success Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time dailyEmbrace ETE Reman 's Core ValuesAbout ETE REMAN ETE REMAN is the largest independent aftermarket automatic transmission remanufacturer in the United States. You will be exposed to a variety of smells due to the manufacturing process. You will also exposed to moderate noise coming from the manufacturing area.
