Do you believe in nurturing the whole child-academically, socially, and emotionally? If so, we invite you to join our team as an Upper Elementary Lead Teacher (9-12 years old) and become a vital part of our mission to inspire a lifelong love for learning.As a Lower Elementary Lead Teacher, you will:Create & Maintain an Authentic Montessori Classroom - Guide students using hands-on, individualized instruction tailored to their development.Support Every Learner - Observe and assess progress, fostering academic and personal growth.Cultivate a Respectful & Engaging Environment - Build an inclusive classroom where independence and collaboration thrive.Partner with Families - Maintain open communication and build strong home-school relationships.Collaborate with a Supportive Team - Work alongside assistant teachers, specialists, and administrators to ensure student success.Grow as an Educator - Participate in professional development, school events, and Montessori training.What You Bring:Required Qualifications:AMS or AMI Montessori Certification in Upper Elementary (9-12) or willingness to obtain certification.Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
