Position Summary: As a Sales & Digital Engagement Specialist, you'll bring a positive, professional attitude and strong product knowledge to support our account managers and help grow customer relationships. Sales & Digital Engagement Specialist Responsibilities: Develop fresh, engaging email outreach campaigns to generate leads and stimulate interestSchedule and participate in discovery calls with prospective customersCollaborate with Account Managers to support customer growth and retentionTrack and manage pipeline activity within the CRM platformAttend select events for relationship-building and brand representationLeverage platform expertise to build tailored customer-facing assets and proposalsProvide documentation support for Sales & Customer Success initiativesExperiment with new formats, hooks, and digital strategies to capture attentionSales & Digital Engagement Specialist Associate Requirements: Must work in-office, 8 hours/dayCollege degree or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of computers, PC applications, internet browsers, and Microsoft 365Cold-calling, prospecting, and event attendance experience a plusSoft Skills: Adaptable: Open to feedback and can manage competing demandsCommunicative & Cooperative: Clearly conveys ideas, listens actively, and works with othersCustomer-Centric: Empathetic, professional, and prompt in addressing concernsDependable & Committed: Punctual, responsible, and looking to grow long-termProblem-Solver: Efficiently resolves issues with attention to detailNo supervisory responsibilities.
