Apartment Service Manager Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at a apartment community. This role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations. Responsibilities: Train and supervise the maintenance team Manage make-ready board and unit turns Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs Report directly to the Property Manager Qualifications: 1 year of apartment maintenance supervision experience EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus) Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed Must be able to successfully pass a background check Physical Requirements: Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
