Field Worker

Job description: • Grading plants and grouping in like qualities • Assemble plant material on trailers • Perform inventory transactions as assigned which will include counting and consolidation • Clean work area daily • Other tasks as assigned Key Characteristics/Skills: • Ability to lift 25 lbs. multiple times per day • Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions that include heat, rain and cold• Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to multi-task and take direction • Ability to accurately count large quantities of plants• Ability to work well with team• Adjust to flexible hours • Some Saturday shifts required Job Requirements:• High School diploma or equivalent • Ability to read and write • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not requiredEEO Statement: Magnolia Gardens Nursery provides equal opportunity in all our employment practices to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital status, citizenship status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local laws.
