MCSI provides extensive paid training and mentoring to ensure that employees have the skills and confidence to succeed.As a Collections Representative you will:Engage consumers to inform and assist them with managing their delinquent accountsUsing a consultative approach, help consumers identify the most suitable solutionsNegotiate to resolve the balance due in the best interests of all partiesCreate a sense of urgency using a customer service demeanorRemain compliant, positive and professional at all timesResponsibilities:Provide methods and solutions with consumers to resolve delinquent accountsContinuously receive inbound calls from and place outbound calls using an auto dialer systemMaintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts to ensure completion of postdated paymentsProperly follow up with consumers to ensure required documentation and payment processing is compliant and completeEnsure all consumer accounts are documented properly and notify consumers of any missing documents and/or additional procedures requiredPerform proper skip tracing techniques to identify consumer contact informationAbide by the FDCPA and other Federal and State collection regulations at all timesAdhere to both internal/company policies/procedures and industry-wide compliance regulationsPosition Details:Full time (40 hours per week), schedule - Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, Central time zoneCompetitive, pay - $15 to $18 per hour, based on experiencePotential for monthly UNCAPPED commission or bonus based on meeting performance goals/metricsBenefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance; 401K, Paid Vacation and HolidaysPaid training provided pertaining to collection industry standards and compliance, client requirements, plus innovative ideas and techniques on customer engagement, negotiation, and dispute resolutionAdvancement potentialRemote work with all equipment providedJob Requirements:Must be at least 18 years oldCollections experience strongly preferred1-3 years' experience preferred in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Customer Service, and BankingStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiateComputer skills to document calls and navigate software packages, databases and the internetAbility and history of maintaining confidentiality and high level of trustworthinessAbility and history of interacting well with team members with professionalismAbility to commit to working a full time, 40 hour per week, work scheduleWork from home requirements:Private and quiet workspace behind closed doors. Work may not be performed in common areas - living room, kitchen, dining room, etc.High speed internet with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet from router to the work computer.
