Position Overview Pharmko is seeking an experienced and motivated Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our Lawrence, NY team. This full-time position is responsible for the preparation, verification, and oversight of compounded sterile products (CSPs) in compliance with USP standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sterile compounding and home infusion pharmacy, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify compounded sterile preparations (CSPs), including total parenteral nutrition (TPN), antibiotics, hydration, and specialty IV therapies. Maintain full compliance with USP and New York State Board of Pharmacy regulations. Oversee and perform quality assurance activities including aseptic technique, environmental monitoring, and documentation. Review and verify physician orders and patient profiles for accuracy and clinical appropriateness. Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and pharmacy technicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Support home infusion operations using Brightree pharmacy management software. Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours clinical or dispensing support when needed. Contribute to technician training and competency assessments.
