Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Project Manager, Real Estate Development for a mission-driven affordable housing development organization. This is a hybrid role based in Ventura, California. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Project Manager leads complex affordable housing developments from acquisition through construction, lease-up, and stabilization. This role is responsible for structuring layered financing, managing consultant and contractor teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. The position also serves as a mentor and strategic resource within the development department, helping strengthen internal processes and long-term project planning.
