Automotive - Body Shop Technician / Body Man

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our collision repair team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repairs, attention to detail, and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality body repairs on damaged vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.Assess vehicle damage and create repair plans.Replace and align body panels, bumpers, and other exterior components.Operate tools and equipment like welders, grinders, and paint sprayers.Collaborate with the paint team to ensure vehicles are fully restored.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Ensure safety standards are followed in all repair processes.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or Collision Repair Specialist.Proficiency in repairing and replacing vehicle panels, bumpers, and other body parts.Knowledge of I-CAR and ASE certifications is preferred.Ability to operate a variety of auto body tools and equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for professional growth and training.Supportive and dynamic work environment.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
