ServiceNow Implementation SpecialistMust Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST Integrations, ITSM. Secondary: HTML/CSS, JSON/XML, Integration Hub, MID Server, Reporting, ITIL, Agile. Experience: Minimum 10 yearsRoles & Responsibilities• Develop and enhance applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Glide scripting.• Build and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, record producers, and request workflows.• Design solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scripted REST APIs.• Create and maintain custom modules, tables, and applications on the ServiceNow platform• Customize forms, lists, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.• Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or others depending on project requirements).• Implement and maintain ACLs, roles, and security rules to ensure platform integrity.• Modify UI Pages, UI Macros, and advanced components as needed.• Develop and support integrations with external systems using: o REST / SOAP APIs o MID Server o Integration Hub o Web services• Build transform maps, import sets, and data load workflows.• Manage scheduled jobs, data syncs, and third-party connector configurations.• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.• Experience: 3+ years in ServiceNow administration and implementation.• Modules: Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or ITAM.• Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.Salary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a year
