Mechanical Engineering Intern

Technically support material management on mechanical and electrical parts. Test and verify material working conditions through visual inspections, functional testing, product specification confirmation, packaging. Develop robust part management system for field service planning team. Develop and maintain documents and records for material management. Study Bill-of-Material (BOM) structures and apply to part categorizations. Perform other related duties and assignments as required Junior / Senior year BS student or MS student in ME, EE, or related engineering major. Intern or project experiences on mechanical-electrical system design system structuring, and part selections. Hands-on experiences on assemblies, tools, DMM, lab equipment. Strong material management skills in high-mix low-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project management skills preferred.
