Description This position will be responsible for supervising our client's construction team while overseeing and managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. Key Responsibilities + Lead and oversee the Construction team as well as all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. + Provide leadership, delegation, and mentorship to project coordinators, engineers, and other team members. + Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and profit forecasts. + Direct and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and support staff. + Prepare, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontract agreements. + Negotiate and award subcontracts and vendor agreements. + Participate in design development, preconstruction planning, and budget preparation. + Lead project milestone meetings including kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings. + Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and prepare status reports. + Manage change orders and ensure accurate documentation and budget adjustments. + Oversee project closeout including punch list, final cost reconciliation, billing, and fee collection. + Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental requirements. + Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture onsite. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred + Minimum 6 years of commercial construction experience + Experience managing projects in the $1M-$30M+ range + Prior field experience and estimating/preconstruction exposure preferred + Strong understanding of project scheduling and cost control principles + Knowledge of estimating techniques and material pricing + Familiarity with project management and construction software platforms + Working knowledge of sitework, building systems, and construction methods + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindset + Willingness to travel and/or relocate as project needs require Compensation & Benefits + The targeted salary range for this position is $120K-$140K + Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance + PTO + Paid Holidays Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
