We're looking for an experienced Aluminum MIG & TIG Welder to join our dynamic team and help build high-performance heat transfer products, including condensers and cooling units. What You Bring * 2+ years of aluminum MIG & TIG welding experience * Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety * Welding certification preferred (e.g., AWS D1.2) * Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions * Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding * Exposure to heat, noise, and welding fumes (PPE provided) * Frequently required to sit/stand, talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. * Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and occasionally reach above shoulders.
