ROCK & BREWS EL SEGUNDO IS LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME HOSPITALITY MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM!Are you ready to lead the show in a high-energy, rock and roll-themed dining experience? We're seeking a dynamic Hospitality Manager to keep the vibe alive, deliver exceptional service, and inspire the team!In this role, you'll be the face of hospitality when the General Manager or Assistant GM is away-keeping the front-of-house operation rockin', managing the crew, and ensuring every guest leaves with an encore-worthy experience.What You'll Do:PEOPLE (Lead the Crew):Run front-of-house shifts like a true leader. Be engaged, supportive, and in control.Motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable with respect and care.Communicate like a pro through pre-shifts, team memos, and one-on-ones.Uphold company policies and a high standard of guest satisfaction.Handle team coaching and performance reviews (alongside management).Be a go-to resource for guests and staff alike.ADMINISTRATION (Backstage Operations):Manage POS systems, daily reports, and labor systems.Support payroll processes including time tracking and paycheck distribution.Assist with onboarding for new hires and maintain staff records.Coordinate weekly office inventory and order supplies.Oversee guest comps, credit card chargebacks, and reconciliation processes.Assist in the preparation of weekly accounting packets and maintain accurate documentation.Serve as the point person for Workers' Comp claims and safety protocols.Help organize large party bookings, catering orders, and to-go programs.Other Duties as requested by managementWhat You Bring to the StageProven experience in restaurant management or a leadership FOH role.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.Familiarity with labor systems, POS troubleshooting, and administrative duties.A passion for hospitality-and rock and roll doesn't hurt either!Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand and walk for long periods.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Comfortable navigating stairs and performing physical tasks as needed.Perks & BenefitsStaff meals and discountsOpportunities for growth and advancementFun, energetic work environment with a killer playlistHealth InsuranceEAP Program401kReady to Join the Band?If you're a hospitality pro with a love for great food, killer vibes, and a leadership style that rocks, we want to hear from you.Apply now and bring your energy to the stage!Benefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceShift availability:Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)RequirementsExperience:Restaurant: 2 years (Required)Management: 2 years (Preferred)Our guests join us when they're celebrating - which means our leaders are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to keep the good vibes going!Salary Description $22-$25 an hour
