Senior Graphic Designer

Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of comprehensive design solutions. Take ownership of projects to deliver on-brand, visually striking outcomes that meet deadlines. Act as a brand guardian, upholding brand strategies and ensuring consistency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including photographers, illustrators, and printers. Organize, plan, and execute projects across multiple streams effectively. Provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall design quality within the team. Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. This is an exciting chance to contribute to high-profile projects in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment known for creative excellence.Qualifications:We are looking for a strategic and detail-focused designer with a robust background in brand packaging and identity design, ideally within the premium wine and spirits sector. A minimum of 5 years of design experience, including packaging or identity design work. A degree in Design, Packaging, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience (BFA preferred). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving abilities and executional excellence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. Comfortable in presenting ideas and receiving feedback constructively. Ability to effectively sketch and visualize concepts. Proven team spirit and mentoring capability. Highly organized with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Meticulous attention to detail, even under tight deadlines. A positive, collaborative attitude with a "can-do" approach.
