This is a strategic B2B sales development position focused on quality conversations and long-term partnerships.What You'll DoOutbound ProspectingResearch and build targeted prospect lists (MSPs, VARs, telecom providers)Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedInPersonalize messaging based on business model and industry focusQualify opportunities and schedule meetings for SalesTrack activity and pipeline progression in Zoho CRMSocial Selling & EngagementSupport LinkedIn outreach and engagement initiativesEngage in telecom, MSP, and B2B technology communitiesAmplify partner stories and product updatesCollaborate with Marketing on outbound messagingPerformance & MetricsMeet activity and meeting-booked targetsReport weekly on pipeline contribution and engagement ratesTest and refine messaging to improve conversion ratesRequirementsWho You Are0-2 years experience in SDR, sales, marketing, or lead generationStrong communicator (written and verbal)Comfortable with outbound calling and outreachOrganized, coachable, and goal-orientedInterested in telecom, UCaaS, MSP, or B2B technologyFamiliarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) is a plusBenefitsGrowth & Career PathThis SDR role is designed as a launchpad.High-performing SDRs can advance into:Account ExecutivePartner Development ManagerOnboarding SpecialistAccount ManagerMarketing Growth rolesWithin 12 months, SDRs who meet performance benchmarks and complete internal training will be eligible for advancement opportunities.We invest in product education, telecom training, and structured sales development.
