We can't wait to meet you!Human Resources Business PartnerTravel % (if applicable): 25-50%As the Zone HR Business Partner works closely with the Corporate Human Resources team and serves as a strategic consultant to the Zone Vice President of Operations and Corporate functional leaders on human resources related issues including talent, development, workforce planning, change management, engagement, special projects and employee relations. The HRBP will implement and administer HR policies and processes while proactively driving partnerships across the HR functions and deliver value added service to leadership and employees that reflect business objectives of the organization. The HR Business partner will provide guidance and coaching to zone leadership on SimonMed matters and will act as a partner to ensure HR strategies, programs and efforts are aligned to policies, business and operational needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Proactively communicating with other departments in HR and Operations to develop solutions and deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the objectives of the organization.Maintain a level of business literacy about the SimonMed operations, financial position, strategic plans and its culture and competition.Provide guidance and coaching to zone operations leadership and employees on human resource-related matters.Partner closely with Corporate HR to respond and resolve to HR inquiries, bring programs and initiatives to the field, and create a positive employee experience.Develop partnerships with HR functional teams (e.g., Recruitment, L&D, Benefits) and other staff groups (e.g., Finance, IT, Marketing) to deliver integrated solutions to HR-related needs.Support critical business objectives through effective change management to achieve desired sustainable business results.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, addresses grievances, and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Assesses and responds to people issues including employee misconduct, harassment, and discrimination investigations.Partner with operations leadership to develop and maintain proactive talent plans that anticipate future staffing needs, working within labor models, equitable compensation guidelines, and operational budgets.Collect and analyze HR data and develop recommendations and action plans to address issues and improve employee initiatives.Constantly assess the regional talent strengths and opportunities. Partner with regional leadership to develop the talent needed for the future by facilitating opportunities for improvement and building upon existing and future talent.Support on-boarding of new employees and establish proactive training plans.Support the integration of new SimonMed locations by actively participating in the integration of acquired organizations within your zone and ensuring that managers and employees are appropriately informed, engaged, compensated, placed in the right roles, and onboarded into the SimonMed operations and culture.Participate in the administration of leave of absence and accommodation requests in partnership with leaders and benefits.Review and analyze data to identify trends, recruitment and retention needs, workforce planning and present insight and recommendations for improved performance.Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment laws and ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and implementing applicable federal and state requirements.Assists with the execution of the HR cyclical processes including open enrollment, required training, annual performance reviews, merit increases, and goal setting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:8+ years as a senior level HR generalist or business partnerExperience managing other peopleCombination of a strong business acumen and significant HR functional knowledge to guide the development of HR strategiesMulti-location experienceAbility to travel up to 2-3 days a week across multiple territoriesPHR or SHRM-CP is preferredEffective at change managementHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismDemonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and establish positive rapport and build collegial relationships within various departments of the organization to maximize the efficient flow of information and focus on employee engagement.
