Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our finance department. The Controller will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP standards. This role is crucial in supporting our strategic financial planning and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the finance departmentDevelop and manage budgets and forecastsPrepare and present financial reports to senior managementEnsure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulationsOversee the preparation of financial statementsCoordinate the audit process and liaise with external auditorsManage accounts receivable and accounts payable functionsSupport financial planning and analysis activitiesProvide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProven experience as a Controller or similar roleStrong knowledge of finance and budgeting principlesFamiliarity with GAAP and financial reporting standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyCPA certification is a plusExperience in healthcare or hospital finance is preferredProficient in financial planning and analysis toolsPrevious experience with audit processes is advantageousBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k w/ matchPTO
