Experience in leading IT and Business operations (e.g, service, resource and budget management), including roll out of cross-functional new processes and solutions 2. Strong written and verbal communications, advanced skills in developing presentation materials, and effective management of executive stakeholders/audience 3. Knowledge and experience in managing financial and resource analyses and reports of key metrics across multiple tools or systems 4. Proven track record in working with individuals across functions and with partners to integrate complex projects and/or ensure changes work with other components of a specific project; acting as a liaison across departments to communicate information and resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, operational challenges, or other complexities of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables 5.
