PrideStaff is looking for an experienced Parts Specialist for a Municipal Equipment Supplier located in Mooresville, NC. Our client specializes in Street Sweepers and Sewer Cleaning equipment. We are seeking an energetic individual who is reliable and punctual, team-oriented with a positive attitude, a problem-solver with focus on accuracy, and experience in spare parts to assist customers with request and technical aid. Location: Mooresville, NC 28115Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PMPay Rate: $18-$19.50/hour Job Summary: The Parts Specialist is responsible for managing, sourcing, and selling parts and components to customers. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service while maintaining strong knowledge of products and systems. This role requires a versatile individual who can work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts Answer phone, email, and in-person inquires professionally Assist with weekly cycle counts Receive, stock and organize parts inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems regularly Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies Assist other teammates, when needed Communicate clearly with our other global locations Able to work independently Maintain a clean and organized parts area Work overtime as needed Other duties as deemed necessary Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in parts, inventory, and customer service Good communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Dynamics 365 experience a plus Inventory audit and control experience preferred Interpersonal skills - ability to work with different departments in the company Able to operate a forklift Able to work under pressure Able to meet deadlines Work Environment: Warehouse, and customer service setting May involve standing, lifting, and handling parts when needed. This position is in Mooresville, North Carolina with working hours of 8am to 5pm M-F Once offered a permanent full time position - offers: 401k, dental, medical & vision insurance, as well as paid time off once eligible.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $19.50
