Role Overview: The Events and Promotions Specialist will be a key player in elevating client's brand presence across the U.S. by planning and executing impactful events and promotional activities. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to raise awareness of client's solutions, build strong connections, and contribute to business growth.Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including trade shows, conferences, workshops, webinars, and networking sessions. Identify and manage Client's participation in key industry events (e.g., GreenBiz, sustainability expos). Develop detailed event schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless execution. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners for logistics, branding, and on-site support. Promotions and Branding: Design and implement promotional campaigns to maximize event visibility and attendance. Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and giveaways. Maintain consistent branding across all promotional materials and event-related assets. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with industry associations, Economic Development Corporations (EDCs), and businesses to establish strategic partnerships. Cultivate relationships with sponsors, speakers, and influencers to enhance event impact. Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze key event performance metrics, including attendee feedback, lead generation, and ROI. Generate comprehensive post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future events. Market Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in event management and promotions. Identify innovative event formats and opportunities to enhance client's visibility and market positioning. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in event planning, promotions, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or technology environment. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events concurrently. Strong understanding of digital and in-person event strategies, including webinar platforms and virtual event tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences. Willingness to travel for on-site event support across the U.S.
