Assembler - Franklin Facility Location: Franklin, WI Department: Manufacturing Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Minimum 2 Years About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at the Franklin facility. This position plays a critical role in assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality and consistency. If you have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. * Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards. * Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. * Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work. * Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks. * Team-oriented with good communication skills. Preferred Skills: * Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger assembly. * Forklift or material handling certification. * Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
