DescriptionPosition DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly qualified test prep tutor with expertise in SAT, ACT, HSPT, and/or ISEE, as well as neuroscience tutoring. The candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, extremely comfortable multitasking, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations but also working closely with our founder and other lead staff, this role requires collaboration across our outreach, operations, and client relations teams to ensure success for both our counselors and clients.You will also be an ambassador for our company, presenting our services in a compelling manner that resonates with families. The majority of time will be dedicated to clients, supporting students on their journeys, and ensuring the process goes smoothly and deadlines are met. Weekly billable hours will vary depending on students' needs, as some students may not need weekly support, while others may require bi-weekly support.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree from a Top 50 institutionRequirementsExpert knowledge in standardized testingComfortable tutoring ACT/SAT and neuroscience coursesAt least 2 years of verifiable experience, eitherWorking for a reputable tutoring company orWorking as a teacher at an accredited high school, college, or universityExtremely reliable, friendly, and confident - no wallflowers!
