Import Agent - Air Freight Location: Dallas, TX 75261 | Onsite We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Agent (Air Freight) to manage air import operations at an onsite logistics office in Dallas, TX. Key Responsibilities Coordinate air freight import shipments from origin to destination Prepare and review import documents (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists) Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import requirements Communicate with airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams Track shipments, resolve issues, and provide customer updates Maintain accurate records in internal systems Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications GED or equivalent required 1-2 years of import/export experience (air freight preferred) Basic knowledge of customs regulations and import documentation Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; logistics software experience a plus Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compensation & Work Style Hourly pay: $23-$26 (based on experience) Onsite position (no remote work) Full-time, Monday-Friday Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time Application Form
