Shipping Clerk

5th HQ - We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Operator to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order-picking role Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong mathematical and analytical skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack work orders using handheld scanners or devices Maintain organization of goods in warehouse bins and ensure correct material placement Perform routine cycle counts of components, raw materials, bulk, and finished products Assist with physical inventory counts and provide timely and accurate data to supervisors Support general warehouse organization and ensure cleanliness in assigned areas Execute warehouse tasks such as sorting, staging, labeling, and stacking items Follow company safety protocols for equipment operation and material handling Enforce and adhere to warehouse security procedures to protect inventory and equipment Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment usage Participate in periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager Why Join Us?
