This role manages full-cycle recruitment while serving as a brand ambassador, supporting RHD's commitment to becoming an Employer of Choice.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about building strong teams that deliver high-quality care and services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboardingPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing techniquesManage job postings, recruitment materials, and ATS workflowsConduct phone screens and coordinate interviewsSupport career fairs, college partnerships, networking events, and social media recruiting initiativesEnsure a positive, responsive, and hands-on candidate experienceTrack, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics and hiring trendsCollaborate with HR Business Partners and program leadership to support workforce planningEnsure compliance with background check requirements and hiring guidelinesQualifications3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferredAssociate degree in Human Resources or related field (relevant experience may substitute)Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection methodsExperience managing background check platforms and compliance requirementsHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsCreative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetPreferred ExperienceExperience recruiting within non-profit, healthcare, or human services environmentsHigh-volume recruiting experienceExperience supporting compliance-driven hiring environmentsAbout Company:Apis Services, Inc.
