Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better togetherYOUR MISSIONTrue Anomaly is looking for you, a creative and experienced Senior PLM/CM Administrator that desires to be a hands-on technical expert responsible for the stability, configuration, and advanced support of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform. This role serves as the functional and technical lead for Teamcenter operations, driving system improvements, and supporting complex business processes. As this team grows, someone that hungers to mentor junior PLM staff will be critical to this teams success.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary technical owner for Teamcenter administration, CAD and configurationConfigure and maintain items, revisions, BOMs, datasets, lifecycles, workflows, and access controls as well as standard parts libraries, document and drawingExtensive experience with Microsoft office suite and strong ability to clean and format documents (table of contents, figures, hyperlinks ect.)Management processes (ECR/ECO/ECN) and release workflowsEnsure data integrity, governance, and compliance across product structures and lifecycle statesDefine and enforce PLM standards, best practices, and data modelsAct as the highest level of PLM support for complex issues and root-cause analysisSupport and troubleshoot CAD and CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA, Creo)Coordinate with Siemens GTAC or external partners for advanced issue resolutionLead testing, validation, and deployment for Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and enhancementsSupport or lead PLM improvement initiatives, including new module adoption and process optimization and Collaborate/support IT on ERP and downstream integrationsServe as a technical mentor to junior PLM administratorsProvide guidance and best practices to program, engineering and manufacturing stakeholdersDevelop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and SOPsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent with 7-10 years of experience in PLM administration or configuration managementStrong expertise in PLM concepts, BOM management, and change controlExperience with Teamcenter configuration tools (BMIDE, preferences, workflows)Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system issuesStrong time management/delegation skills with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter administration experienceExperience with Teamcenter Active Workspace configuration and deploymentExposure to Teamcenter architecture (2-tier / 4-tier) and system performance considerationsExperience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, or large-scale implementationsBasic knowledge of ITK, SOA, or scriptingExperience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments (automotive, aerospace, industrial, medical devices)Experienced in leading configuration activities using BMIDE, preferences, and business rulesCOMPENSATIONBase Salary: $125,000 - $170,000Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWork Location-Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs.
