This is only the beginning.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders from kitchen and warehouse areas to concessions locationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of food pickup and delivery stationsCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff and concessions attendants to coordinate order readiness and resolve any discrepanciesVerify order accuracy and presentation before delivery to ensure quality standards are metAssist with restocking supplies and condiments at concession stands as neededFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulationsProvide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptlySupport concession operations during peak hours by helping with basic prep, packaging, or cashier duties when requiredMonitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisorsUphold venue policies and contribute to a positive guest experience through professional conduct and teamworkHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 or overThree or more months’ experience in food service industry preferredPrevious cash handling experience preferred.
