Amazing Home Care - Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to train and supervise home health aides in both classroom and clinical field settings. Candidate being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.  Job Summary:Conduct PCA/HHA In-service & OrientationPerforms the function as a teacher, facilitator and a clinical role model in the area of expertiseMotivate and inspire individuals to become skilled home aides is essentialReviews and signs off on employees annual and initial health documentsInitiate home care visits and reassess patient needs and progress on a regular basisConduct nursing field visits on days there are no classesQualifications/Educational Requirements:Current NYS Registered Nurse LicenseWork positively and favorably with patients, families, and staffExcellent communication and time-management skillsMust be COVID-19 vaccinatedBilingual English & Spanish a plusPrior training experience is a plusBenefits:4 weeks of PTO and all Legal HolidaysEmployee Contributed Health and Dental InsuranceShift: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
