Job Title: Sr Manufacturing Project ManagerLocation: Corporate Office - Alpharetta, GAOverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Project Manager with a track record in delivering results within a manufacturing company to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, meet business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder value.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, with a focus on/understanding of production, process optimization, and plant operations.Manage multiple concurrent projects involving manufacturing scale-up, process improvements, and technology integration while maintaining clear prioritization Lead end-to-end M&A and integration initiatives, including post-close activities, planning, execution, and KPI trackingProactively identify and mitigate risks/blockers including those related to safety & regulatory compliance.Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure seamless executionCommunicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders; Lead updates with the Project Team and SteerCo.Manage change control processes related to scope, schedule, and budgetMaintain documentation of integration processes and decisionsConduct lessons learned sessions and implement feedback to improve future project delivery and manufacturing efficiency.Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer delight requirements are consistently met and exceeded.AccountabilitiesSuccessful delivery of assigned projects On-Time, On-Budget, and In-ScopeEffective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycleAssist in championing world-class project management values and principles across the organization.QualificationsBachelor's in Engineering Masters in Project Management, Engineering, or MBA PMP, CSP, or CTC certification VERY STRONGLY PREFERRED Minimum 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing and/or project management experienceProven track record of leading successful post-acquisition integrationsStrong understanding of M&A lifecycle, due diligence, and change managementExceptional attention to detail and time managementExperience driving cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing organizationsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to influence and align diverse teams toward common goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesHighly organized with attention to detail and multitasking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS PlannerFamiliarity with project governance and stage-gate processesExperience in innovative/R&D environments is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
