Job DescriptionEverstaff is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a sophisticated commercial real estate practice within a well-established law firm. This role is best suited for a highly detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment and is comfortable managing multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.The ideal candidate brings strong title and survey experience, excellent technical and communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactional work with precision and professionalism.Direct Hire Opportunity!Salary: $70,000-$90,000Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMLocation: Onsite / Hybrid in Orlando, FLStandard BenefitsEssential Job FunctionsProvide comprehensive support to attorneys handling a variety of real estate-related matters, including transactional documentation and deal coordinationAssist with the preparation, review, and organization of financing and related legal documentsCoordinate transaction-related activities by tracking required items, managing document circulation, and communicating with internal and external stakeholdersReview and analyze property-related documentation and prepare written summaries, correspondence, and follow-up materials as neededGather, review, and organize due diligence materials associated with real estate transactions, including regulatory, entity, and third-party documentationReview and summarize search results related to liens, filings, and other public recordsObtain and analyze zoning or land-use materials and assist with related assessmentsReview lease documentation and prepare concise summaries for attorney useManage document filing, recording, and maintenance of transactional records in accordance with established proceduresPrepare post-transaction materials and assist with follow-up requirementsMaintain consistent, reliable physical attendance and punctualityPerform additional responsibilities as assigned to support attorneys and overall operationsExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated experience working in a complex commercial real estate practiceStrong title and survey skills are requiredAdvanced technical proficiency and familiarity with real estate transaction systems and toolsIf you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other protected status under the law.Everstaff is an equal opportunity employer (M/F/D/V/SO/GI).
