Key Responsibilities * Operate rewind machines to rewind, slit, and inspect materials according to specifications. * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency. * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of rewind machines to ensure optimal operation. * Inspect finished products for defects and report any quality issues to supervisors. * Maintain accurate production records and document any machine malfunctions or downtime. * Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience operating rewind or similar machinery preferred. * Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. * Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
