Job Title: Paralegal Location: Boston, MA, 02116 Duration: 03+ Months Shift: Monday through Friday This is a hybrid role that is mostly remote with the requirement for in-person days at any location 4 times per month. Summary: Great opportunity for a labor investigations and writing specialist. Qualified candidates MUST have legal writing experience. Specialist will manage a caseload of union environment disciplinary cases and grievances cases. Candidate will be expected to perform case investigations, write investigatory memos, present on behalf of management in pre-disciplinary hearings as well as grievance hearings, and write recommendations for discipline.
