Activity Aide

Tri-State Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center -   Full Job Description The Activities Aide will: · Assist our residents’ with activities to provide social communication, entertainment, exercise and relaxation for our residents. · Lead group and individual resident activities · Complete required record keeping per facility policy Activities Aide must have the following: · Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities · Ability to work every other weekend as well as some holidays · 1 + years’ experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting (preferred) Vaccine Mandate: Effective November 1, 2021, all current staff and new hires must either be vaccinated or have one of the following: received the single dose of the Johnson Johnson vaccine or the first dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine – 2nd dose will be required. Upon request, we will consider exemptions for medical and religious based reasons.
