Title: Lead Data Risk Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6 months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule: Hybrid (1 month on site training, then hybrid schedule) Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Key Responsibilities: The Lead Data Risk Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the upcoming project performed by the Transactional Risk & Intelligence Group (TRIG). This position requires a highly motivated individual who can quickly assimilate complex processes, lead team members effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. * Rapidly learn and adapt to internal processes and workflows. * Conduct thorough reviews of cases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. * Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and accountability. * Deliver constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders to drive performance and process enhancements. * Demonstrate proficiency in risk management practices, with a strong emphasis on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and controls. Qualifications: * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. * Proven experience in business execution, risk management, or related fields. * Strong understanding of AML frameworks and regulatory expectations. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
