Good exposure to sheet metal design and manufacturing aspects, GDT, design for manufacturing conceptsRoles & Responsibilities Suppliers Primary Evaluations PCPA audits APQP Implementation Risk assessment and mitigation plan signoff Design review Tool Kick off Tool Development Tracking Fixtures / gauges / Tools readiness review / execution Tool Trails, As T0, T1, T2 and T3 Parts Fitments Report & Corrective Actions Approval For Fit & Functions ECN /FETE implementations Testing & Validations Safe Launch PSW Sign-off Smooth SOP + Ramp up Final Development Handover Supplier Performance Enhancement Excellence in Delivery Around 30 to 40% travel to various suppliers location Generic Managerial Skills, If any Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to gather all the functional requirements, design & material requirements, and ensure the quality of the deliveries from the suppliers.Base Salary Range : $80,000 to $90,000 Per AnnumTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
