Billing & Revenue Associate

Cerity Partners is seeking a talented and motivated individual with the highest level of personal integrity to join our Billing & Revenue Recognition Team. In this role, you will prepare, execute, and manage various client billing functions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have impeccable attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proven analytical and financial experience.We value every team member's contribution and believe success requires cross-functional collaboration and a willingness to take ownership at all levels.Primary Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate client setup in the firm's portfolio accounting systems• Manage and execute quarterly billing runs in an accurate and timely manner• Facilitate quarterly billing at major custodians• Resolve billing issues and handle ad hoc billing requests• Assist with preparing and distributing client billing• Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure accuracy of all billing and payments• Collaborate across Billing, Finance, and Operations teams to drive process improvementsRequired Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related business field• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred• Previous operations or finance experience, including billing, account opening, or reconciliation• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel• Experience working with portfolio accounting systems such as Orion or Addepar• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Self-starter who identifies with Cerity Partners' mission and demonstrates our core valuesCompensation Range:$60,000-$80,000Why Cerity Partners: Our people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
