**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** St. Joseph Village is seeking a **Director of Clinical Services of Assisted Living** for their 27-bed assisted living and 66-bed independent living community in Ypsilanti, MI. Shifts** + Supervises care staff in performance of tasks, responsible for staffing needs during shift and reports any concerns regarding staff performance to supervisor. + Completes periodic assessments and observes residents for changes in condition and reports changes appropriately to the physician, responsible family member, and Administrator. + Assists and instructs resident, family member or other resident representative in care plan implementation and other concepts and activities necessary to promote resident's health, safety, and independent living. + Accurately documents observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to resident care management and services provided in accordance with facility policy and procedures on the day services are rendered. **Qualifications** + Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program. + Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing preferred. + Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Michigan. + Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification. + Experience in an assisted living, hospital, long-term care environment, or other related healthcare facility preferred. **What Perks and Benefits Can You Look Forward to?** + Paid holidays and generous Paid Time Off (PTO) + Opportunity to get paid daily - through DailyPay + **Up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement annually!** + Discounts with major vendors; AT&T, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Quicken Loans, AND MORE! + Day-1 low cost medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
