We're looking for a designer with a strong command of visual design, technical precision, and a sharp understanding of brand and storytelling.RequirementsRequirementsStrong portfolio demonstrating your range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail with specific examples of high-performing email campaigns and conversion-driven landing pages (must be submitted with application)3+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brandsHigh-level proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative SuiteDeep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, responsive design, and email UX best practicesProven ability to multitask under pressure, switch between projects quickly, and deliver high-quality design within rapid timelinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills; can take and apply constructive feedbackSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently when neededA passion for branding and design that creates emotional and functional impactWhat You'll DoOwn the design of all email campaigns and landing pages.
