Supervise and direct the electrical work in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.Coordinate with other trades to ensure compliance with the overall project schedule and contract documents.Assist the Field Operation Manager with the review process for both employees and associates.Create and maintain the schedule related to current projects, including the organization of current crews and manpower projections.Develop a field organization chart for the project in collaboration with the Project Manager and Field Operation Manager.Update the schedule and manpower projection weekly with the Project Manager and Field Operation Manager.Set and track measurable production goals on projects for individuals and crews with the Field Operation Manager.Create and maintain a material management and logistics plan related to current projects, including determining material needs and organizing materials.Develop and implement the materials management and jobsite logistics plan prior to the project starting.Create and maintain a safety plan related to current projects, including daily reports, PPE management, and accident management.Work with the Onsite Safety Manager to develop a safety plan specific to the project.Create and maintain a QA/QC plan related to current projects, including compliance with specifications and codes.Develop a QA/QC plan for the project in collaboration with the Onsite QA/QC Manager.Lead layout efforts for BIM and review drawings throughout the process to ensure quality control.Create and maintain a pre-fabrication plan related to current projects, including managing delivery and installation schedules.
