Job Title: Senior / SME - ReactJS Developer with UX Experience Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) 6-12+ Months ContractJob Description: We are seeking a Senior ReactJS Developer with a strong background in front-end development and user experience (UX) design. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of overall IT experience, with proven expertise in building modern, responsive web applications using ReactJS and a solid understanding of user-centric design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to transform wireframes and mockups into intuitive and high-performance front-end experiences.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance components using ReactJS. Translate UX wireframes, mockups, and design systems into clean, maintainable code. Optimize web application performance across different devices and browsers. Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces. Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback into the design. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation. Stay updated with the latest trends in ReactJS and front-end development. Required Skills & Experience: 10 years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in front-end development using ReactJS. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end workflows. Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies. Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and responsive, mobile-first design. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or similar. Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization best practices. Knowledge of testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
