CNC Machinist

PrideStaff is looking for a CNC Machinist!Job Responsibilities:Operate CNC milling and turning centers to machine metal parts to precise tolerancesProgram CNC machines by creating G-code programs from engineering drawings and CAD modelsSet up machines with required tooling, workholding and make test cuts to prove out programsLoad and unload parts, tools and workholding fixtures on machinesInspect parts using calibers, micrometers and other precision measuring toolsMaintain equipment and keep work area organized and cleanSkills Required:5+ years of experience operating CNC milling and lathe machinesStrong geometry, trigonometry and computer skills for programmingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and CAD modelsProblem solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issuesMeticulous attention to detail for ensuring part qualityEffective communication and documentation skillsBenefits:We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, health insurance, paid time off (PTO), sick leave and holidays.
