At Huntington Learning Center, we provide year-round support to students who need help catching up or getting ahead in their math coursework. We are seeking a dedicated Math Tutor who can make complex concepts simple for high school students.Why work with us?Zero Lesson Planning: Walk in, teach, and walk out. All curriculum and lesson plans are provided for you.Focus on Teaching: No grading homework at home, no parent meetings-just 100% instruction.Flexible Evenings: Perfect for professionals or grad students looking for supplemental income. Shifts are typically available Monday-Thursday (6:30 PM - 8:30 PM) and Saturdays.Responsibilities:Provide individualized instruction in Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and/or Calculus.Build student confidence by breaking down math problems into manageable steps.Keep detailed notes on student progress during the session (training provided).Requirements:4-Year College Degree is required. (Teaching certification is not required).Strong proficiency in High School Math (up to Calculus preferred).Must be local to the Round Rock/North Austin area.Availability to work at least 2 evenings per week.Pay: Starting at $20.00-$22.00 per hour (Based on proficiency and subject levels).
