We're hiring a skilled Machinist / Mechanical Builder to assemble precision mechanical components in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. No hopping from site to site - just steady, hands-on work building systems that power some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.What You'll Be Doing:Build and assemble precision mechanical components for industrial automation systemsOperate manual machine tools (drill press, grinder, saw, etc.) to modify or fabricate parts as neededRead and interpret mechanical drawings, exploded diagrams, and technical instructionsFit, align, and secure components using hand tools and torque specsPerform functional checks on completed assemblies to ensure quality and performanceCollaborate with engineers and other technicians on continuous improvements and best practicesMaintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocolsWhat You Bring:Hands-on mechanical ability whether from machining, auto repair, or assembly backgroundsExperience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipmentAbility to read mechanical blueprints or exploded diagramsAttention to detail and pride in high-quality craftsmanshipA problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred (But Not Required):Experience in light machining or fabricationBackground in mechanical assembly, auto/motorcycle repair, or machine buildingFamiliarity with pneumatic systems, fasteners, or shop safety practicesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feetPrevious work in custom or small-batch manufacturing environmentsYou May Be a Fit If You're:A hands-on technician who wants to work on real, physical systemsTired of field service or travel and looking to work on a stable shop floorSomeone who loves the build process from start to finishLooking for a team that respects your skill and lets you take ownership of your workEager to be part of a company that values precision, detail, and quality above allLooking for a career where your craftsmanship matters?
