Talent Development ManagerDepartment: Human ResourcesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Houston, TXReporting To: Rocio QuesadaCompensation: $100,000 - $125,000 / yearDescriptionWe are looking for a passionate Talent Development Manager to help shape the future leaders of our company. This role will focus heavily on leadership development, employee growth, and building organizational capability.You will design and drive initiatives that strengthen our leadership pipeline, support career development, lead training efforts for key roles and foster a high-performance learning culture. You will also manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure employees have access to impactful learning experiences that support their growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deliver and facilitate leadership and development programs.Desing and create learning content for key areas/roles.Drive talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development.Build structured career development pathways and internal mobility opportunities.Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, culture, and team effectiveness.Manage and continuously improve the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning content, training tracking, and reporting.Partner with leaders and HR teams to identify development needs and create targeted learning solutions.Analyze talent and learning data to measure program impact and guide future development strategies.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseOrganizational Development & Change ManagementLeadership Development & CoachingTalent Review & Succession PlanningLMS Administration & Learning Program ManagementWorkforce PlanningHR Analytics & Data InterpretationStakeholder Management & InfluencingProgram Design & ExecutionFacilitation & Workshop LeadershipEducation and Experience: 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Strong experience designing leadership development and employee growth programs.Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS).Ability to influence leaders and drive people development initiatives across the organization.Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate training.
