Essential Responsibilities Prepare for activity program by having needed materials and knowledge to carry out the program Invite and transport residents to activity program Provide approaches which assist residents to reach their activity goals Know the strengths and weaknesses of residents and adapt activities programming Know the unique medical conditions of residents and ensure that proper precautions are taken to avoid injuries or adverse effects on residents Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable with working with a geriatric and mentally ill population 1 year experience preferred Do we still have your interest?
