EHR Technical Systems Manager - Direct Hire Location: South Tulsa, OK Start Date: March 30, 2026 Position Type: Direct Hire Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (after-hours and weekend participation may be required) Pay Range: $100,131.20 - $140,196.80 per year Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus (for candidates outside a 71-mile radius with a 2-year commitment) Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen Job SummaryManage the technical planning, coordination, and operations of the Epic EHR system and its infrastructure components.Lead a team of database administrators and client systems administrators supporting Epic environments.Oversee Epic upgrades, updates, and technical projects including disaster recovery planning and testing.Ensure system uptime, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.Manage IT staff including recruitment, supervision, development, and performance evaluations.Coordinate vendor contracts, service agreements, and support the development of capital and operational budgets.Collaborate with IT teams, clinicians, and leadership to support system improvements and operational needs. Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a technical EHR/EMR environment.Strong knowledge of SQL databases, Epic Operational Database, Epic Client Systems infrastructure, and Epic analytics tools.Experience with IT change control management and enterprise IT operations.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or 8 years of relevant enterprise-level experience in lieu of a degree).Epic Systems Certification required.
